I want to thank @pasta_or_paneer for getting our collab project published in a recent edition of @first.magazine .

At first I was in shock that she believed my photography was suitable for publication because I had only been re-practicing photography for a year and a half (consistently at the time these were pics taken) after a decade hiatus.

It is a little surreal to me that my work was accepted for publication but sometimes you do have to stop and smell the flowers. I had to remember that there is more to photography than just posting for IG and building your portfolio for a website audience.

Small step in a long journey. More to come. Many thanks to all of you who believe in me.
