Took it easy today on pull day today. I’ll get back to dropping to video content later this week. Honestly really haven’t been in the mood to be in front of the camera for videos lately. I tend to be super self conscious, awkward, and I honestly don’t like the way I look. But that’s life and that’s how weep feel sometimes, so it’s okay. You have to try to do your best to live every day with PMA, but sometimes no matter what it just isn’t there. Mental health has been a struggle for me for as long as I can remember, but things take time. There’s ups and downs to life and no matter how ugly it can get, you can make it through. As always, take life one day at a time and have a good week. #iam1stphorm #duespaid #staythecourse #motivation #mentalhealthmatters💚

With Hellfest coming up early next year and First Blood on the lineup, I figured I'd take a trip down memory lane and share a few shots of Carl on vocals during their set at Chain Reaction. This was part of their North American Tour with Lionheart and Left Behind.

No workout video tonight because I just honestly didn’t feel like it, but you know what that’s okay. I showed up, did my thing, and dues were paid. Workout tonight was fueled by the always amazing @firstbloodrules #workout #fitness #1stphorm #tattoos #duespaid

Killafornia by First Blood

OG press on the iconic Trustkill Records.
Pretty hard stuff from a band that once was nothing more than a side project.
