This week we introduce to our Virtual Farmstand the unbelievable sourdough bread from @ovenbird_baking by @e.liza.hunter who is one of the finest bakers we have come across. She uses 100% New York grown and milled flour in her breads and they are made with such care and intention.
•
We are also carrying the gorgeous quail eggs from @tinyurbanregenerativefarm grown right here in Troy. Packed with nutrients despite their small size!

Boom! We just painted the whole hall with help from @regeneron. They sent a crew of people to help us improve the Community Hall!! Looking forward to hosting the food pantry, Sunday brunches and countless other events we are currently just imagining.

Come check it out at our next meeting, Wednesday the 14th! Still a lot of work to do but this is a huge accomplishment 😋

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Mount Ida Community Breakfast! We appreciate every chance we get to share a meal with old & new friends, it’s even better when we raise nearly $300 for our local community organization! Special shout out to @slackhollowfarm for donating produce & to the clean-up crew—many hands made light work 🤗 Hope we see you next time! .
