Let’s Dance UK Appreciation
Big love and appreciation to Let’s Dance UK & First Lady for booking me last night! 🙏🏾❤️
I really enjoyed my set — it felt so good to be back in London and on the mic again . 🇬🇧🔥 This was my first gig since getting back from Cyprus, and what a way to return!

The vibe was proper — grown, mature ravers, good energy, good music and nothing but positive vibes all night. 💃🏾🕺🏾🔊

Thank you to everyone who came out, danced, supported and showed love. You already know what time it is!

Catch me back outside this coming Friday at Basing House, Shoreditch — right in the heart of London nightlife. 🔥🇬🇧

We’re just getting started… 🎶💥

Giving Flowers to CKP: A True UK Garage Legend
When people talk about the foundations of UK Garage, the conversation often focuses on the DJs, producers, and the biggest chart moments. But those who truly lived the culture know that MCs were the heartbeat of the scene, and few did it with the authenticity, energy, and influence of CKP.
CKP wasn’t just an MC; he was a voice for a generation. His delivery, presence, and ability to command a rave helped define an era when UK Garage was more than music—it was a movement. Whether on pirate radio, in the clubs, or on legendary tape packs, CKP brought a style that was instantly recognisable and impossible to ignore.
For many of us coming up, CKP represented what it meant to be original. He showed that an MC could have charisma without forcing it, confidence without arrogance, and lyrical ability without losing connection to the crowd. His influence reached far beyond the microphone. He inspired countless artists, performers, and fans who saw in him a blueprint for how to carry yourself within the culture.
Personally, CKP’s impact has been huge. Like so many others from my generation, I looked up to the way he controlled a set, interacted with DJs, and brought a unique energy that elevated every performance. His contribution helped shape not only my appreciation for UK Garage but also my own creative journey.
The mark of a true legend isn’t just what they achieved during their peak years—it’s how their influence continues to echo long after. CKP’s legacy can still be heard in today’s MCs, seen in the scene’s evolution, and felt by everyone who grew up during Garage’s golden era.
So this is about giving flowers while they’re deserved. Respect to CKP for the memories, the inspiration, and the contribution to a culture that changed lives. His name deserves to be mentioned among the greats because he didn’t just witness UK Garage history—he helped create it.
Salute to CKP. A pioneer, an inspiration, and a true legend of UK Garage. 🏆💐🫡🤝
