Talk about an audible that would change the trajectory of the entire trip. Came down for the mullet run and my first day off work was the opposite of surf casting weather, or being anywhere near the beach, with the Nor’easter wind terrorizing the entire east coast.
Fern & I decided we’d fish the mullet run a different day and head South where the wind was fishable. The result… debatably the most sought after sport fish in Florida, on a trip with zero plans of targeting permit. Overall theme of the trip was super calculated and dialed… Love schemin it up with ya @fernthefishangler! 🗺️
