My mom’s submission.
As she got older, she liked sweeter things.
So, we all add a little cinnamon/sugar/vanilla to the chopped apples and then top the crust with chopped walnuts for crunch before baking.

I’m so grateful for this last week at the Dream Center in LA to be with a group of people who love God and want to serve Him. On one of the nights we were doing devotionals and we saw a couple get engaged and me a few others felt it in our hearts to go pray for the newly engaged couple. We decided to take that leap of faith to go pray for them and they were super grateful that we wanted to pray for them and in that moment I felt the presence of God an I understood that was what God wanted me to do and to plant that seed in their marriage. Going into this week I had never truly prayed for someone out loud, but throughout the week I kept feeling the Holy Spirit telling me to go pray for people, especially when we were on adopt a block when I was hearing their stories. Towards the end of the week, I took that leap of faith and began praying for people. our motto this week was “ It is not about you.” And for me it really just showed not to focus on the little things and to be fully there for others and serve others the way God wants us to serve.

HAPPY 32 years of marriage, Greg!
This was our first dance song at our wedding.
And look how far we’ve come.
Vanessa and Colleen helped me celebrate this special day over here in Paris.
We will celebrate “us” when I get back home.
So much awesomeness ahead as we get to this new chapter in our lives.
