All Out Games 2026

To summarize this competition, I’d do it with one quote:

“You don’t become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. Outwork your self doubt.” - Alex Hormozi

During the build up to this year’s All Out Games , I had a lot of self-doubt because I knew deep inside that I had lapses in my training because of being busy with my new work, my new life, and just being lazy most times. My goals were not centered and had a lot of distractions

I knew that I was asked to compete in team’s under FitAid, so it was more than just me competing because I had a team relying on me to perform as well.

I asked myself “ Did a dig a hole too deep for me to get out off ?” because my fitness wasn’t at all the best looking and my mindset was very much complacent that I will survive the competition.

So I gave it all I had for a month straight, catching up on training and bringing back that fire of competing in my heart.

During the event, I realized while I was on the competition floor that the confidence I had wasn’t because I told myself that I could do good by just showing up but the fact that I put the work in, have the experience, and the mindset of giving it all I got ever single event. My confidence grew every single event and it gave me a silver medal and bronze in two categories.

I’m proud of the performance I displayed those two days through the consistency of fitness, discipline in staying in my own pace and lane, grit to fight, and just sending it to the moon when I needed to.

Double Podium, that’s my undeniable proof that no one can take away from me.

Thank you to my awesome coach @thekentan for always pushing me and getting me back even with my lapses !

Thank you to my teammates @nichomauricio and @wilmartumbali for being the most supportive and awesome people to push me till the end !

Thank you @fitaid.ph for giving me the best recovery drink possible throughout the event !

Thank you to everyone that supported me along this journey of mine and we will be back next year to run it again but this time one event only 🤣

All Out Games 2026. 2nd runner-up.

Coming back to competition after being away for a while, I honestly didn’t know what to expect.

But once we stepped onto the floor, there was no easing into it. No saving ourselves for the next event. We fought for every rep, every point, and every place. And when it came down to the final events, we fought like our lives depended on it.

And somehow, we walked away with a podium finish.

@zach.sy and @wilmartumbali , thank you for trusting me to be part of this team even after I had been away from the competition scene for so long. I know I wasn’t around for all the preparation, but you still gave me your trust when it mattered. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. (2nd photo was our first and only team training one day before the comp😂)

You guys were awesome.

To @fitaid.ph and @gritperformancewear , thank you for believing in us and giving us the opportunity to represent you.

To the @garagegritcf and @gritfitnessgrounds community, thank you for the support.

@bastedi (Sedi and Pat) you’ve been there since my very first competition, through some of the best years of my athletic life, and now here again. That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

And to everyone at @alloutgamesph who cheered, shouted, and made noise for us, thank you. What an awesome event!

@eza_cm_ , none of this happens without you. Thank you for always believing in me. I love you so much.

I dedicate this win for Matt.

He’s not even two yet, but apparently he’s already figured out what happens at a competition. 😂 (see last video)

Watching him get excited about it made this one feel a little different.

I’ll do one more team comp, the Urban Throwdown in Singapore 2 weeks from now, but that’s probably my last competition for the next couple of years.

In a few months, we’re welcoming baby number three. So I’m stepping away again.

As much as I love CrossFit and the competition, I’m a father and husband first.

They are my priority and I want to spend as much time with my family during the first few years of our baby.

But I’ll be back.

See you on the WOD floor. 🫡

The Young Gun (now middle-aged gun 😂), signing out 🙂

10 years.🥹

It’s been 10 years since I last stepped onto a competition floor. 10 years since I competed in the RX division.

And last weekend, I stepped back in as a BOOTCAMPER with the greatest teammates @nicoleyusee & @archanabanana ♥️♥️

I wasn’t ashamed. I wasn’t sandbagging. This is what my body is capable of right now, and I’m damn proud of it.🥹

I missed the crowd. I missed the hype. And enjoyed it so much because I now have little ones watching and cheering for me🥹

So no, I don’t need to be the athlete I was 10 years ago.

I just need to keep showing up as the strongest version of who I am today.🫶🏼

From not being able to make the cut, to finishing 17th overall in our division. That for me was already a win 🙌🏼 We did it Team I CHED NO!🙌🏼
