Trying new things keeps life interesting—and sometimes the best growth begins when you step outside your comfort zone. I’m so excited to be doing the 200-hour yoga teacher training at ID Hot Yoga with this wonderful group of people and my amazing mentors. There is always more to learn, explore and share. My heart is full.❤️ Age is just a random number. YogaTeacherTraining #NeverStopLearning #TrySomethingNew #IDHotYoga #HeartFull @triciadonegan @xxmelaherron @sarahghilardi

#LeggingsWithJen is back! Day 31 💛 I took a little break from posting, but I’m ready to keep sharing! This photo is from an ID Hot Yoga photo shoot, and I felt amazing and strong in my neon yellow ribbed Year of Ours leggings. I’ll continue posting whenever I wear a pair from my collection that I haven’t shared before! #leggingswithjen #iloveleggings @fitchick365 #berberinemojo #idhotyoga @smartthingz365
