Surround yourself with women who inspire you, hype you up, and make you want to dream a little bigger. 💋 The kind of girls you can talk business, goals, travel, and all the random life stuff with... and still laugh your asses off together. More friendships like this, please! 🪄✨🍒♥️

Every single person has a weakness they turned into a strength, or a passion they “invested” in repetitive actions, in order to gain success/improvement. For most health & wellness is a fear-based area because many don’t know HOW to start. Let alone if they should. As a new coach in the field of strength training & health and wellness, I’m beginning to hear the worldly excuses people will prioritize over their own health & fitness goals. As a coach, I also understand bc at one point, I too was starting from scratch. We all have a day one! A restart! It’s better to start again than to never begin at all. Sure, The gym builds muscles. BUT, The consistency in the kitchen decides if anyone sees it. How are YOU showing up for yourself? How CAN you REFRAME the negative self talk keeping you from accomplishing the next small win for yourself? Change your MINDSET, Change your LIFE 💪🏻🧠💪🏻 #routine #consistency #realtalk #fitnessmotivation #healthylifestyle

stop taking advice, inspiration , criticism or any judgement from people who are not living the life you want 🧚 end of the MF storyyyyy my friend don’t let their fears, projections & limitations stop you from creating & living a life that actually excites you, because I promise you it exists… it may take some grit, determination, consistency & energy behind it but it’s there, if you’re willing to build it surround yourself with people who dream bigger than you could ever imagine & encourage you to surpass your own boundaries or ceilings you’ve created for yourself PLS be mindful of what you’re speaking out into the world, energy matters so much more than you think it does if you want to create something different & fall in LOVE with life again I got you 👄 9 years ago i partnered with a fully remote, plant based nutrition & wellness brand @juicepluscanada bc at the time I was craving something of my own that I could pour into however it had to align with both my values & future goals of what I wanted to build at the time i was still in school + working full time in the fitness industry, barely able to keep up i was burnt out, and knew I wanted a better life but had no idea how to achieve it... i was extremely introverted, scared to share on social media - but I slowly started to share little bits of my health journey i had massive amounts of nerves when I started, self-doubt, zero skills or experience but i was willing to do whatever it took to make this work i signed up, began using the products from our brand that quickly started to impact my health + skin & energy from within and basically just haven’t shut up about it since 🫰🏼 It’s not hard, it’s not always simple, it’s going to take a hell of a lot of dedication if you’re serious about it but trust me when I say it can be SO damn good if you’re willing to If you’re open minded, and willing to learn and would love to work with us drop a 🧚 below or fill out the application in my bio and I’ll send you more details on how to work with us - available in can, usa, nz, aus, uk x

Apparently “going to work” looks a little different these days ✈️ Tampa. Content days. Behind the scenes. Learning from some seriously incredible humans. Meeting my online girlies IRL. A whole lot of laughing. And somehow… this is business. Yeahhhh, I could get used to this. More of THIS please. #healthandwellness #onlinebusiness #workfromanywhere #tampaflorida #lifelately
