Mom to mom, we are in different stages of motherhood-which means different stages of availability. Remember that when comparing yourself to others online. I remember when my girl was tiny-I didn’t get the time to train like I wanted, remind yourself that’s OK! It’s a stage and it will pass. Do what you can-THERE IS NO RACE. Listen to your body, honor it, your time will come. 🫶🏽❤️ #motherhood #momlife #mom #momswhorun #fitcrew

Every Saturday - we’ve got a date. Don’t stand us up. By US we mean YOU-don’t keep yourself from getting to experience the good things in life. Sometimes workouts-time to build physically and mentally, need to be put ON the calendar-in PEN. Make a promise to YOU. Make a commitment to YOU. You matter. 8:35 AM #staymoving #wearethefitcrew #stayonyourgrind #community #fortstocktontx

We’ve been having a good time this year with Saturday Free Community workouts. 🙌🏾 Extra great memories from our community events held at the James Rooney Park! The events and the vibe wouldn’t be possible without our CREW that plan and put the muscle in, also not without the support of our community partners! 🙌🏾 Thank you team! And thank you @kess.led #statefarm #LTconstruction @rodriguezlegal @west.texas.cinema @mindoverbattertx @raradiancemedspa @dgarcia_111 #sipandflow and Pecos County #precinct2 #community

Ever feel like you’re getting nowhere? Day in and day out of hard work, of GRINDING, and you’re just not where you want to be? With that GRIND MENTALITY, are you really ever there? It’s from one goal to the next! Whether it’s one more push up than last time, one more workout this week, or one more competition to crush, you have to STAY ON YOUR GRIND! Just know, when you stay putting in that work, the RESULTS WILL COME! They WILL be seen! While you’re in the studio, in the gym, or in the lab GRINDING, giving it all you got, remember that your only option is the RESULT of the effort you put forth. Not all will know your true struggle. Not all will see the hustle. All will see the RESULTS! we are the fit crew.
