From heart and bone strength to mental wellbeing, exercise can bring incredible long and short-term benefits.

We know that time pressures, body confidence, cultural factors, and gynaecological concerns such as heavy periods, prolapse and incontinence can prevent women and girls from starting or maintaining exercise. And it can be hard to know where to start.

Join us on Friday 23 January 2026, 12:00 - 13:00, for our free webinar: ‘Sport, exercise and women’s health. How to future-proof your body,’ where you can learn about topics such as:

• Tips to build strength at any age
• The relationship between exercise, hormones, menstrual health and cancer risk
• Solutions for common barriers
• How to find the sport that works for you

Professor Dame Lesley Regan will be chatting to Dr Folusha Oluwajana (@fitdocfolu) - a doctor and personal trainer on a mission to help you transform your body; Elizabeth Davies (@thiswomanlifts) - fitness coach and founder of This Woman Lifts, and Kelly Gordon - Executive Lead for NETBALLHer at England Netball (@englandnetball) and a leading voice in breaking down barriers to female participation in sport.

2025 recap

Social media is a highlight reel and can often make the lives of others appear better than they are, and leave you feeling like you’re behind or lacking.

But looking back at my 2025 it’s actually been a year of all highlights and I’m not going to shy away from sharing that with you

I am so blessed and have many things to be incredibly grateful for

But I have also worked diligently and quietly for years to create the highlight reel you see above

Point is, 2025 may not have been your best year. It may have actually kicked your ass. But two things must remain for you to have a better 2026 - hope and endurance.

Wishing you all a 2026 that exceeds your expectations 🫶🏾

If anyone’s interested here are my personal highlights: 🎂THAT wedding cake (worth cutting my holiday in Australia short for)

An Evening with @oneractive & @candicebrathwaite ❤️🫶🏾.

It was so special 🥹. We spoke movement, healing, expression, and how fitness goes so much deeper than the gym. I left feeling seen, inspired, and reminded of why I do what I do. ❤️

I’m so grateful for those who continues to create spaces where our stories are seen and celebrated. 🌸

That one time I went to

4 concerts

In the 3 weeks

At 2 different venues

And lived my best one and only life

I’ve been a busy girl 😂 travelling to London for Beyonce to go back again a week later for Chris Brown take 1, to come back to Manchester for Chris Brown take 2 and then the legend that is Stevie Wonder 🤩🤩🤩

A time really has been had. All whilst not missing a single training session, doing 40-50 mins cardio every single day, hitting macros with clinical precision and never missing a steps target 💅

Commitment to myself always comes first. But it doesn’t mean you can’t make things work.

Don’t ask me which was my favourite, they were all too good 💃🏾

Beautiful memories from ULU RISING! Our amazing community came together for a night of amazing music from @thelazarusman @andlez @robinmmusic @l.a.daveee !

Glow sticks, lollipops and high energy, was definitely a winning combo 💚
