My wife and I are pretty bad at holding gifts meaning instead of wrapping them and letting them sit until Xmas, birthdays, or whatever the occasion, we literally will hand the gift over in it’s mailing package as soon as it arrives.

My wife got me this @spri exercise dice and I think it be a fun idea to make it a regular challenge. Will you join me?

@uiowa what can I say?!?! I had such an awesome weekend reuniting with the Iowa @werqfitness crew. I had the honor of certifying many of them in Feb 2018. I felt like a proud mama to watch them teach and see how they’ve grown. .

Not only are they awesome instructors, but they are amazing people who have built such a positive, empowering, and engaging WERQ community. THIS is what it’s all about and it was really special to see. .
Catie, thank you for organizing Friday night’s class and dinner. It was everything. Thank you Kelly, Kaitlyn, and Chelsea for being such bad a$$ Instructors. .

As if Friday wasn’t enough fun, I certified a NEW group of WERQ Instructors at @allthewayup on Saturday. This space is awesome....please check it out. My trainees brought their A game and then some. I am so proud of you guys. Thank you for your energy and positivity. I look forward to following your journey. .
I’ll be sharing pics and video throughout the week. 💜 .
My Iowa ladies, that road trip needs to happen. Thank you for being so good to me. You guys always have a special place in my heart. 😘💜 .
