I just can’t believe this is me 🥹 this is my second year in this division and I’m CONVINCED this is where I’m supposed to be. I took the feedback from last year and created this beautiful package! Now, don’t get me wrong, I can name about 5 things I need to work on; I’m still a work in progress… but sheesh! We really did that @fitfoxfine! Oooooh I’m so excited for next season 🤭 However, in the meantime…. It’s bulking season 😎

Blast from the past photo dump to say good luck to everyone competing at NPC Nats 😍💃🏻❤️🍓‼️

1 year ago w my sweet @blancaestrella_ wearing my fav suit @toxicangelzbikinis , finally met (what I didn’t know would become) my best friend for life @__thaatsooravenn @thatsoravenlifts in person & in my favorite place,📍Dallas
what a beautiful thing to miss and appreciate 🤍

This year was hard on me, in so many ways. It’s so so easy to look at these 1 year ago pictures and play the compare game to my “now”. But the me a year ago, desperately needed the person I am now. A few days ago while guiltily comparing “that girl” to me now, someone, that I am lucky enough to have in my corner, stopped me and said, “stop looking back thinking you’re not her anymore, and start looking back being proud of what you did and then get excited for how much better you can be.”

And if this year taught me anything, it’s that the right people will always clap when youre up, but more importantly will pick you up off the ground without hesitation. A beautiful life recognizes every single phase 🤍

So as much as I love the girl I see in these pictures, I can’t wait to beat her next time it’s my turn 💭

7 weeks ago I decided to start training for my first bodybuilding show and have enjoyed every aspect of the prep and discipline it took to get here. I’m so incredibly proud of what my awesome coach @shanitaapatterson and I were able to accomplish in such a short time and felt in my element, so to speak, sharing the stage with the other amazing athletes. A big thank you to my coach, to my family and friends, who supported me both in person and from afar. And a special shout out to my husband @danielschwiebert, who gives me the endless encouragement and freedom to explore new things.
