Poor man’s pool treadmill hack

All you need is a superband looped around something off the edge of the pool and then around your waist. Suddenly your pool becomes an open body of water you can swim in indefinitely. Don’t spend 10’s of thousands on a pool tread, make your own!

Next stop… EDMONTON!!!📍👇🏼

It’s been such an honour teaching other RMTs and Facialists our signature MyoSculpt Method™ - a technique clients truly need, not just want. What started as us being fully waitlisted for months has now grown into something so much bigger—training others to offer the same relief, results, and confidence their clients have been searching for. It’s been a wild ride… and I’m so so proud of it. Now- we’re officially registered across Canada for CEUs through differing governing bodies, meaning we’re just getting started!!

Let’s talk details 👇

✨ WHAT: The MyoSculpt Method™ Masterclass: a certified course that blends advanced TMJ release, buccal massage, and facial sculpting into one powerful protocol. This method goes far beyond surface-level massage—it’s a results-driven fusion of clinical care and aesthetic transformation.

👥 WHO: Built for RMTs, facialists, and advanced skincare professionals who want to offer truly therapeutic results with visible transformation.

📆 WHEN: July 24–27
📍 WHERE: Edmonton, AB

💡 WHY: We become a practitioners to help people feel better in their bodies—and this method does exactly that. MyoSculpt™ gives your clients one powerful, fusioned treatment that eases jaw pain, melts facial tension, and leaves their skin visibly brighter, clearer, and more sculpted. It’s relief and transformation, all in one- and it’s sought after for a reason.

12 SPOTS available:
Only 6 EARLY BIRD SPOTS: $1100 (regularly $1350) - 3 LEFT

POV: You’re fully booked offering Therapeutic Facial Massages that your clients can bill on their insurance. 💆🏼‍♀️

They have less jaw pain, less facial tension and swelling, and in turn, a brighter, more radiant complexion. You’re helping them breathe easier, sculpt their features, ease jaw pain and headaches, and feel relief they didn’t even know they needed.
It truly can co-exist: luxury and results.

This isn’t your average facial massage course.

The MyoSculpt Method™ is one of the first Buccal Massage + Facial Massage techniques to truly integrate advanced TMJ tension release.

You’ll learn how to:
✅ Release years of jaw and facial tension
✅ Help with asymmetry, headaches, clenching, swelling, and more
✅ Identify and understand the role of tongue posture in TMJ pain, lymphatic congestion, and headaches
✅ Improve skin clarity, sculpt facial contours, assess your client’s skin and muscle patterns, and build custom protocols based on their concerns
✅ Understand skin types and conditions, and create a skincare protocol effective for your clients, that you will use as a massage medium
✅ Offer a premium, results-based, billable service clients will rebook again and again

Our next course will be in…

📍 YEG! Edmonton, Alberta — JULY 25–27

ACT 1 🖤

Once upon a time, there was a villain.

Does a villain have to be wicked, evil or cruel? Or, is a villain simply someone you see as the opposition?

Our villain wouldn't describe themselves that way. They certainly aren't selfish or cunning. Our villain is confident, strong, and self assured.

There was nothing you could blame them for. Right?
