Playoff season is approaching! Now’s the time to make sure your body is ready to perform at its peak.

‼️Strong, stable knees are key to staying healthy and competing at your peak.

🔎Here are 3 exercises to help build strength, improve stability, and reduce injury risk:

1️⃣ Lateral Bounds to BOSU – Build explosive power and lateral stability.

2️⃣ BOSU Single-Leg Squats – Strengthen your quads, glutes, and knee stability.

3️⃣ Cable Star Reaches – Improve balance, hip strength, and single-leg control.

Okay but can we talk about how many MOMS walked the Victoria’s Secret runway?! 🥹👏🏼

Because beyond how incredible they looked, I think there’s something so powerful about seeing women celebrated in a season of life where so many of us are still trying to figure out who we are outside of being someone’s mom.

Motherhood changes your body, your priorities, your confidence, and sometimes your entire sense of self.

And while we don’t all need to look like Victoria’s Secret models (or even want to 😂), I love the reminder that becoming a mom doesn’t mean the end of being YOU.

You can be a mom and still have goals. Still feel sexy. Still chase dreams. Still become versions of yourself you haven’t even met yet.

Motherhood isn’t the end of our story. 🤍

And THAT is what I’m taking away from it👏
