Iron Island 2026 - Recap

My First and Last competition in 2026
Got sick 2 weeks out but could recover in time.

Was also able to Set Up 2 Alltime PRs in my second attempts and a PR Match in Bench.

Third Squat was a bit rushed and finally achieved my Goal and at least attempted 250 Deadlift.
Safe to say it wasn't there that day but I am proud.

Thanks to @ironislandmalta / @maltapowerlifting for hosting this immense Event and everything around it.

Huge thanks to all participants and volunteers.

Thanks to @strength__therapist for being an awesome Coach and Mentor throughout the Last 3 years and making all of this possible🙏🏻

And Most importantly, a huge thanks to my dear fiancé and handler @lifting_panda2001 for Always being by my side. Couldn't wish for a better supporter🥹💜

Now we Take a break.
See you soon.

Cheers.
