Happy International Women’s Day 🌸

To all the girls, women, mothers, and grandmothers on this Earth — today we celebrate you.

A woman carries beauty, strength, intuition, love, and a powerful energy that can create, heal, and transform the world. Never forget how incredible that is.

I’m truly grateful to be a woman and to share this life with so many inspiring, strong, and loving women around me.

Let’s lift each other up, support each other, and celebrate the magic of being a woman — not just today, but every day.

Tag a woman you appreciate or drop a ❤️ if you’re proud to be a woman.

!DAY 58!
.
This right here is 58 days of consistency!
.
As you can see, this definitely did not happen overnight, but the choice to change did. Once I got home from my anniversary trip, I knew something had to change. I had to take a look at myself and have a loooonnng conversation WITH MYSELF to figure out what I was doing and where I was headed.
.
I always get blood work done to make sure my body is performing at its best, and when it started to come back with abnormal numbers…… you already know a change was definitely needed. Especially if I ever expect to accomplish my specific physique goals, career goals, and eventually carry my beautiful future babies. I need my body to be in good shape inside and out!!
.
Let this be your Monday morning reminder that you HAVE to make the choice for YOU AND ONLY YOU!! My June bootcamp is ready for early enrollment and if you’re ready to start seeing some changes in your life, please, reach out!! Let’s start now and not wait until later!! 💜

What are you fighting for??
.
Have you actually sat down with yourself and though “why do I want this so bad?” “What am I pushing so hard for?” I have. I have sat with myself for years and said I wanted to lose weight, but it wasn’t until my health started taking a turn for the worst that I finally figured out my WHY!
.
Don’t wait until something tragic happens to you in order for you to realize why you should accomplish your goal(s)!! Just start! I get the question often “how did you start??” And the answer is simple… “I just started!” I was tired of being depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I was tired of fueling my body with crap because I missed my mom so much. I was tired of being tired of living. 😮‍💨
.
Don’t wait until you’re in the same kind of situation before you start building these positive habits in your life. Start them now so if and when something does happen, you’re more prepared to handle certain situations mentally. I definitely was not in a good mental space for a long time, but I’m recovering knowing that I have an amazing group of women surrounding me and helping me through the good days and the bad days! #sisterhood
.
If you need something like this that can provide weightloss, muscle gain, help with mental health, or whatever you need, you’re definitely welcomed to join in! 💜

really though, we just want to be seen. 👀
eye contact on the street, revisiting the same coffee shops for connection, not coffee.
but connection is a two-way street.
I connect because i seek connection.
I see because I want to be seen. we all do, no?❤️ new blogpost up. link in bio. #workhard #livyoung
