POV: My legs said “girl, we’re CRAMPING” but my PR said “YOU BETTER RUN.” 😭🏃🏾‍♀️💨

Started cramping right before the finish line and suddenly found some emergency horsepower. 😂

Pain temporary. PR forever. SPRINT SIS! 🏁

What if God is using you to inspire someone… while you’re still in the middle of your own process?

Sunday’s message from The Chronicles of Moses reminded me that the middle can be uncomfortable. It applies pressure. It makes you question, “God, when will it be my time?”

But God is still working in the middle.

While you’re waiting, growing, struggling, learning, and trying to stay obedient someone is watching you keep going. Someone you may not even know is being encouraged by the way you’re trusting God through YOUR process.

You don’t have to reach the finish line before God can use you. There’s purpose in the middle too.

Keep following His plan. Keep walking in your purpose. Your process may be the very thing that inspires someone else to keep going. 🤎

Hot Pilates is officially added to the workout split. 🔥

I really enjoyed this class the heat, the challenge, the core work, and the way it pushed me outside of my normal training routine.

I love lifting and running, but I’m also learning the value of adding different styles of movement that challenge my strength, mobility, control, and endurance in new ways.

A strong body is built in more than one way, and I’m here for all of it.

Hot Pilates… we’ll definitely be back.

How my body recomp is going so far 💪🏾✨

It doesn’t have to be perfect… you just have to keep showing up.

Some days feel stronger than others, but the goal stays the same: stay consistent, trust the process, and keep putting in the work.

Mind over matter. Progress over perfection. 🤎

LET’S GET TO KNOW ME A LITTLE DEEPER 🤎

I’m more than a personal trainer. I’m a wife, military spouse, dog mom, family-oriented woman, coach, creator, and influencer who genuinely loves helping others grow.

I chose personal training because fitness taught me discipline, confidence, consistency, and the importance of showing up for yourself. That’s also the heart behind Fit To Be Bold having the courage to start, grow, and become who you’re meant to be.

As I step deeper into creating and influencing, I want my platform to inspire more than fitness. Whether you want to start your health journey, create content, build something of your own, or simply step outside your comfort zone, I want you to know you can start too.

I’m still learning, growing, and becoming and doing it all boldly. 🤎

Now that you know a little more about me, tell me something about YOU below. 👇🏾

Committed To The Process: Summer Edition ☀️🏃🏾‍♀️

Not chasing perfect runs just staying committed to the miles, the growth, and becoming stronger every time I show up.

This summer has been about pushing myself, trying new things, and trusting the process one run at a time.

Are you committed to your process too? 👀

Almost a year of being self-employed and a personal trainer almost a year of betting on myself, showing up, and refusing to give up when things didn’t go as planned. 🤍

I know everything God has placed on my heart has purpose, and I trust that it will prosper in His timing. I’m grateful for every opportunity, every person I’ve met, the community I’m building, and all the growth that’s come with this season.

Stay the course. Keep showing up for yourself. God is still working. 🙏🏾✨
