I finished my final show at the ON-X Legacy Classic with a 🥈 2nd Place finish in Pro Athletic. Such an awesome way to begin my 40th year!

Happy 40th Birthday to my beautiful wife!

I thank God every day for blessing me with you and allowing me to walk through this life by your side. Watching the woman you’ve become in your faith, strength, love, and determination has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

I pray this next chapter is filled with God’s favor, purpose, peace, and blessings beyond anything you could imagine. I can’t wait to see what He has in store for you!

Still smiling from the sweetest surprise! 🥹💕 My family flew in from Castle Rock Colorado to celebrate my 40th AND my mom’s 70th, and they put so much thought and love into making this early birthday weekend so special. My sweet husband and my Dad helped orchestrate the details for us. From fun dinners to games all about us, swimming, and so many little details in between, we felt incredibly loved and celebrated 🥰🎂

So grateful for these memories and a weekend we'll never forget! ❤️

This past Saturday, my beautiful wife competed in the ON-X Legacy Classic, her final Pro Athletic bodybuilding show of the season, and finished 2nd place in an incredible lineup of talented athletes.

While I’m incredibly proud of her placing, what makes me even prouder is the way she carries herself. The way she treats the other competitors, the staff, and everyone who comes to support this sport says so much more about her than any trophy ever could.

Her discipline, dedication, work ethic, and commitment are incredible—but what truly inspires me is her attitude, positivity, and the way she makes the people around her better.

Now it’s time to give that amazing body a much-needed break and allow her to rest, recover, and heal for the remainder of the year. Then, when the time is right, she’ll be ready to set her sights on next year and whatever comes next.

“Proud husband” doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel.

To my beautiful wife: you make me prouder than you could ever imagine. I love you more than words can possibly express.

Congratulations on an amazing season. I couldn’t be more proud to stand beside you.

Still soaking it all in… 💜

My very first time competing in the Athletic Division at DIVA Houston 2026, and I was blessed to take home 🥇 1st Place!

What an incredible experience. The women were so supportive, the ON-X Federation put on an amazing show, and I’m so thankful for my incredible coach and my husband for always believing in me and cheering me on every step of the way.

This right here is what life’s about! These are my friends to my core! The love I have for this group who has held me together and spoke life into me when I was at my lowest. Losing my grandpa & the ending of my relationship… Today I was supposed to get married… These people you see were some of my bridesmaids and groomsmen and are STILL standing next to me loving and supporting me! Thank you for loving me when I felt the least lovable in the last few months! New chapter starting tomorrow with the BEST people next to me! 🩷🦋
