global running day ❤️ thank you to the sport that brought the best people into my life, taught me patience and persistence, showed me a strength I didn’t know I had and continuously pushes me to be a better version of myself

You don’t have to run “fast” or “far”, you just have to put one foot in front of the other and go

Here’s my attempt to recap the amazing year that 2025 was. I started the year with a vision of how I wanted to end it and I couldn’t be happier with where I’m at.

I set and accomplished specific fitness goals, honed in on my nutrition and refined my mindset to be stronger and even more determined. I nurtured fulfilling friendships and made new ones that I know I’ll have for life. I was fortunate enough to be a part of exciting opportunities. I built the courage to start this fitness page and get my certification in personal training - two things I wanted to do for a long time, but always put off. It was just a matter of prioritizing what’s important to me.

You are fully capable of accomplishing your goals. Make a plan, take action and stick to it.

The thing about life is that it’s so incredibly fragile. It feels the effects of every intention you set forth and every decision you make. But the best part of it all is that it’s completely in your hands. Yours to create, to mold, to change the direction of. Live extraordinarily, without doubt, confidently and filled with love.

Find your momentum and let it carry you. See you in 2026 for a bigger and even better year.
