Reality/Life Sometimes comes at us fast even if you expect it and see it coming.
We spent as much time as we could partying and reminiscing this week I can honestly say it felt like we were on vacation. Lol

For the last couple weeks I've had everyone from work + my personal life asking me how I'm feeling.

Here it is:

Yes, it hurts and things are going to be different. However we all learn that at times growing up we have to face the fact that life sometimes brings distance between family and friends. I love you brother and I'll see you soon, Florida isn't ready for this SILVERBACK !! THIS ISN'T THE LAST HANG OUT. I know you're going to kill down there.
Safe travels!!!

Well week 2 is going well!
Want to incorporate some more workouts soon. Any recommendations?

Week 1 is DONE
Progress is slow. Sometimes when I started I would feel silly adding little 2.5 lbs weights next to the 45s but slowly they turned into 45s themselves.
Progress is slow but health is wealth and like wealth you build it slowly

Week 1 day 2
Squat 210
OHP 100
Deadlift 205
Day 2 is done! Finding time after the kids go to bed seems to be the only time there is to work out but we do what must be done.
Stay strong, move on, and try to bring someone on.

Week 1 day 1
Made a deal with myself that if I can go to the gym at least 3 times a week for the next 4 weeks then I’d get an Xbox. And with that would mean I could actually maintain a good a schedule for beach season and maybe actually have a bod for once in my life. So starting off strong.
I use an app called strong lifts. Which centers around lifting heavy and long rests. Intensity is high for short periods of time as well as limiting workouts to every other day and the occasional 2 day rest.
Nutrition is to basically high protein and bulk. We’re building muscle and that means surplus.
Question is which Xbox should I get?
