A little behind the scenes of my current glute routine 🍑

This one is mic’d up with my PT, so you can actually hear her explaining the exercises, giving me little cues and pointing out what to focus on. I’ve kept in the most important bits, but if you want a more detailed version of an exercise, just let me know 👀

Save this one for your next glute day 🤍
