“Behind Every Successful Woman Is A Tribe Of Other Successful Women Who Have Her Back”✨ • • Life these past couple of years has been one big adventure and along the way, I got to meet some of the strongest, most uplifting, inspirational women I have ever met. Being surrounded by women who support women is beyond empowering and I couldn’t be more grateful. • There’s enough room at the table for everyone to eat so lift each other up, cheer each other on, and be powerful together! • Happy International Women’s Day to EVERY beautiful woman out there! 🌸 • ~Smiles, Love, Positive Vibes✨🤍✨ My Tribe: @hcforher @minibutmightyfit Gym Meet-Up Pics: @deviant_trainingcenter @txelitefitness ************************************** #internationalwomensday #womensupportingwomen #fitnesscommunity #strongwomen #powerfulwomen #empowerment #inspiration #powerfulenergy #letsrise #houstonfitgirls #houstonfitfam #hcfitness

Work Out Wednesday!!🦵🏼🍑 • Plant Yourself In A Space Where You Can Flourish & Surround Yourself Around Those Who Help Water Your Growth! • Here are a few workouts from my last day in the gym since this crazy weather.❄️ - 2x10 Step Ups - 3x10 Hamstring Curls - 2x10 Low Box Jumps - & My Fave Sumo Deadlifts! 3x5-200lb🥵 • Box jumps is the one workout I try to avoid but to get better you must start somewhere so step-ups & low jumps are my starting point & we can only push & grow from here! • A BIG THANK YOU to @fitwithrubyy for joining me in a great gym session full of great energy & for catching these great moments🙏🏼✨🤗 • Also... Praying everyone is staying safe & warm during these hard times, I know I’m not the only one impatiently waiting to hit the gym but for now, we shall improvise & stay safe! 🤍🙏🏼🤍 • -Smiles, Love, Positive Vibes💗🤍💗 • Team: @minibutmightyfit @hcfitness.texas @hcforher Home Gym: @legacybarbell Outfit: @buffbunny_collection Best Friend Video Approved By: @hey_itsmestephany & @loyal_2inspiration ••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #workoutwednesday #growthmindset #keeppushing #transformationinprogress #workoutmotivation #workoutvideos #gymmotivation #gymcommunity #gymgirl #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitnessgoals #houstonfitness #houstonfit #fitnesshouston #houstongym #womenwholift #strongwomen #womenpowerlifters #legacybarbell #hcfitness #obesetobeast #fattofit

👌🏼🏋🏻‍♀️👌🏼 • ⚡️Workout Wednesday/Throwdown Thursday⚡️ (forgot to post so killing two birds with one stone lol) • I am pretty happy that I was able to add weight this week to my Deadlifts and finally got back to doing Barbell squats which was so much fun! Got to 175 on deadlifts so let’s see what I can try next week😅 • It’s funny how a lot of people think that women who lift weights are super masculine or won’t look right, but on the contrary it makes a woman feel empowered, strong, and accomplished in so many ways! I have been blessed enough to meet ALL types of women from 90lb and up, short, tall, etc lift and you wouldn’t even know the power they hold by simply looking at them. Anyone and everyone is capable of anything! Never judge or question the active level of someone that might be 300+ pounds and don’t judge the strength of someone that might be 90 pounds because I assure you they will leave you speechless with their amazing abilities. • So...don’t place anyone in a box to fit what society has taught you, be better and help empower anyone who dares to step out and do otherwise 🤍💪🏼🤍 • Also peep this amazing soul I got the chance to become friends with, she is strong, kind, and uplifting... @te_love_ is definitely the type of person someone should look up to! Thanks for the mini video😁 • *tagging a few women that have empowered me in many ways that I have met on my journey🙏🏼 • @braniakgym @hcforher @hcfitnesslatino ••••••••••~~~~~~~~~~••••••••• #workoutwednesday #throwdownthursday #hcfitnesstexas #hcfitfam #braniaklabz #braniakgym #workoutprogress #wlsjourney #fitnessjourney #gymlife #gymmotivation #obesetobeast #fattofit #strongwomen #womenwhosupportwomen #womenwholift #houstonfitness #fitnesshouston
