15 weeks out and massive changes for Kayla. Without many changes to her food, about two months into prep…her body has adapted to the increase in training volume and cardio and has responded extremely well 👏 Her metabolism has been running hot, so she was given a slight increase in food this week to help stabilize the rapid weight fluctuations this far out.

With that adjustment, she actually came in tighter on this check-in. Very strong data point 😈

We’re approaching the next push in this prep but for now, we cruise and let the work compound.

4 weeks into prep and already seeing huge changes. 🫰🫰 So much time left in the tank for this one. This debut is going to be INSANE. Not many changes to the plan, few minor tweaks mainly increased cardio…. Once we drop the hammer into the next push of prep is going to do some DAMAGEEEEEE😈😈

7-month growth phase: COMPLETE 🫡

Kayla added 20 lbs to her frame and completely leveled up. We started by rebuilding her metabolism with whole, quality foods which was getting her body firing the right way. Then we tightened things up with a cleanup phase to set the stage for a big push in both food and training.

She showed up, stayed consistent, and did the work every step of the way.

Now it’s time to peel back the layers and reveal what we built 😈

Prep for her Bikini debut this September is officially underway… let’s get it 👏👏👏 #bikinidebut #npcbikini #coach #prep #bodybuilding

POSING TRANSFORMATION✨⤵️

1 HOUR with @fitxkaylap completely transformed her look. This goes to show that with the correct guidance, posing can completely change the way you present your physique on and off the stage!!!

For this 1st session we focused on weight distribution and the bare bone basics of NPC bikini mandatories.

More sessions to come and I couldn’t be more proud🌐

Some of my 2026–2028 female competitors 👙💖👠👏
These photos show different seasons of the journey- growing phases, the start of prep, mini cuts, and maintenance. Different bodies, different timelines, same standard.

What you’re seeing isn’t just physical change….it’s discipline, consistency, and keeping promises to themselves.

I am currently still taking on both lifestyle and competition athletes who are ready to commit to the process and raise their standard. 💫 LINK IN BIO 🤩 #teamundnybl

Kayla came to me back in September knowing she wanted to step on stage — but she also needed a coach who truly understood her. She’d been active for years, eating what she thought was right, doing all the “lean girl” things… but still felt stuck. She knew she had potential, she just couldn’t unlock it.

The truth was simple: she wasn’t fueling her body for the level she was training at. Her steps, routine, and effort were there — but her body was running on empty.

Once we dialed in whole foods, structure, and a routine built around her busy life, everything started clicking. Improving sleep, lowering stress, and eating 100% on plan allowed her body to finally respond👏👏

Then we ran a mini cut — minimal cardio, high food, steady progress. And more importantly, her confidence rebuilt itself right alongside her physique.

Now we move into an off-season focused on growth… and this phase is what will bring her to the stage in Fall 2026. This girl is ready. And hungry — literally and mentally.🤍

Proud is an understatement.
