I was gifted this shock watch by @fitzap3
for my honest review.

After testing it, here’s my experience:

I tried all the features after downloading the app. The watch itself feels lightweight and comfortable to wear, but I personally didn’t enjoy the shock function and the lingering sensation of the shock afterward. But I still like the innovative concept of this watch and its habit-breaking feature.

Levels 2 and 3 already felt like a strong pin-needle sensation on my wrist. Anything above that felt quite intense and genuinely shocking. Because of that, I don’t think I would feel comfortable wearing it to sleep or using it regularly.

That said, it might work for habit-breaking for some people since higher levels (like 5 and 6) are strong enough to interrupt what you’re doing, like scrolling your phone.

If you think this kind of physical reminder-based habit tracker might work for you, you can check it out via the link below and get 10% off ⚡️

✨️Gifted by @fitzap3 ✨️ I received this shock watch for my honest review. Do you need assistance with waking up on time? Do you hate the noise of an alarm clock? Do you need more than just someone shaking you to wake up? You'll be SHOCKED to wake up from a shock watch! I love the concept, but I'm not a fan of the shocking. It feels like slight, sharp pricks that's uncomfortable for me. This may be a better option for deep sleepers. However, the watch is lightweight, has easy instructions, is easy to adjust, has a colorful screen with simple functions, and is comfortable to wear. Use the app or the phone to control the watch.
