At some point in life sooner or later we all face challenges, adversity, problems, failure and hardships. Hard times will be there for days and weeks and months and may be years. It becomes so difficult for us to believe that these hard times will ever pass and the way out of it becomes hard to even visualize.

The challenges in life are what makes us stronger and a better person to handle the next round of hard times.

Stop considering your self as a victim , if you start asking yourself “Why Me” you will eventually build up an idea that may be this life is what you deserve and you will be wasting your time which you could have spend on moving forward and trying to figure out a way out. Instead of thinking why this is happening to you, think how to get out of this situation. Always keep in mind that adversity and hardships causes some people to break and some to break records, so focus on breaking records.

You have been through hell and back. Now you are stronger then ever. Don’t sell yourself short. Once you get though this, you can get through anything! One of a narcissist's favourite games is creating havoc for others. They get a kick out of seeing other people struggle, while they can sit back and revel in the destruction and feel superior. They want to control and manipulate other people to get this sense of supremacy, whether it's at work, in a romantic relationship, or within a family.

Narcissists simultaneously loathe others and crave their attention. How much attention they want depends on what type of narcissist they are: exhibitionist, closet, or toxic. But generally, if the spotlight is on them, they feel like they are winning.

A narcissist feels like they can do WHATEVER THEY WANT, WHENEVER THEY WANT. They don’t every take responsibility for their actions even if their actions are wrong. For example they can cheat, steal and harm others without accepting accountability when they get cause.

Narcissists are SMART and RECRUIT AND DEPLOY a ARMY in Order to escape accountability.

This ARMY or Flying monkeys is a phrase sometimes used in psychology to describe people who are acting at the behest of another to control a targeted individual. It is a metaphor taken from the Wizard of Oz wherein the Wicked Witch of the West used winged monkeys to carry out evil deeds on her behalf.

As if a magical spell has taken over, the bond between the narcissist and their flying monkeys is one of unwavering LOYALTY even in the face of danger. When the narcissist wants to evoke some punishment or cover their tracks, they deploy their army to do their dirty work. Unfortunately, this can include backhanded behaviour such as guilt-tripping, twisting the truth, lying, rewriting history, gaslighting, assaults, threats, and violence. This keeps the Narcissist out of harms way and able to maintain their innocence if caught.

Be on the lookout for the flying monkeys. If you think the Narcissist did something they are lying about, chances are your assumption is correct. A narcissist would rather destroy someone else’s reputation or relationship then their own. A Narcissist is a bully, flying monkeys may have no choice but to do the dirty work because they may be threatened as the narcissists next target.
