Last Monday I ran a PEAK trading session to launch #LookLocal. And what a room it was! Retail and hospitality businesses together, talking honestly about whatโ€™s working, what isnโ€™t, and how to make the most of the busiest weeks of the year. Real conversations. Real collaboration. Great connections made between people who should have met years ago. A huge thank you to Louth County Council and Local Enterprise Office Louth for making the night happen. Practical support for local businesses, right when it matters most. And thank you to everyone who came along. You made it! So many of you shared stories afterwards, and a few of them have made it into this reel. Itโ€™s a little less polished than my usual, and honestly, I think itโ€™s better for it. If you were there: whatโ€™s the one thing youโ€™re putting into action before peak? Tell me in the comments. #LookLocal #Louth #ShopLocal Retail Hospitality PeakTrading

โœจ Youโ€™re invited to our first Journaling Club โœจ Weโ€™re excited to host our very first Journaling Club, inspired by @suleikajaouad and her beautiful book, The Book of Alchemy: A Creative Practice for an Inspired Life. The book is a guide to the healing and transformative power of journaling, and weโ€™re looking forward to exploring some of its prompts together. Our intention is simple: to enjoy good company over a coffee, take some quiet time to journal along with a prompt from the book, and, if youโ€™d like, share the experience afterwards. Weโ€™re so grateful to @fivegoodthingscafe for welcoming Penpals into their gorgeous space for our monthly gathering โ€” and weโ€™re looking forward to enjoying their great coffee too! โ˜•๏ธ ๐ŸŒฟ This is a free event. Places are limited to 10 people, so booking in advance is required. ๐Ÿ“… Saturday 19th September โฐ 10:00am โ€“ 11:15am ๐Ÿ“ @fivegoodthingscafe To book, contact Tracey on 086 1730887. Weโ€™d love to have you join us. ๐Ÿ’› Tracey & Finola
