We’re up high in Amsterdam East. Maybe not the best time of year to be working outside ☔️, but as they say in the Netherlands: we’re not made of sugar.

A new roof terrace with fresh decking, railings, cladding, and some much-needed rot repairs has transformed this tired outdoor space into a little oasis.

en août dernier, j’ai pris quelques jours de vacances pour partir en solo à amsterdam pour une nouvelle édition de mes solo coffee trips - objectifs de ce séjour: flâner, lire, et boire des cafés 🍃

j’adore voyager solo, car cela me permet de me recentrer sur ce qui me fait plaisir, & d’écouter chacune de mes envies, sans me presser: cela n’engage que moi de passer une après-midi entière dans un café à faire défiler les pages d’un roman ou passer 30min dans la même rue pour y faire des photos 🐌📚☕️

ci-joint en fin de carrousel le budget de ces 5 jours sur place (4 nuits, dont 3 à l’hôtel, et une chez des ami•es) - sans activités payantes type musées ou autres
