Friendship is medicine 💛 @fixer is one of my real ones, and I’ve been wanting to catch the @benjaminpixie traveling medicine show for so so long now…. And tonight I was so grateful it all aligned! ✨ I tasted some delicious mead brewed from the heart, took in some much needed musical medicine & overall had a great evening. I did finally snap a pic with Benjamin himself so I’ll post that separately ✨💛 nourish yourselves loves!

Cooking for plant medicine ceremonies and retreats is soo healing for me. not just because i get to cook in such sacred spaces but also because cooking becomes a ceremony itself. 🌀

this past weekend i had the honor of cooking for a 3 day ayahuasca retreat and im still flying on cloud 9. ☁️ this retreat was extra special because i went deep with the medicine and she spoke to me so clearly that this is where i'm supposed to be and that i will be sitting with her more often.
she asked a lot of me this time - but she also gifted me a lot more. she showed me my mami.. and how i started cooking because of her. she shed light back into my heart and ignited my passion for plant medicines and cooking again in a way that hasn't been there for the last few weeks. im so honored and grateful to be sharing my medicine in these spaces.

'til next time joshua tree. 🌵

Last night, unshowered & straight from work, I gathered with some special individuals that were willing to brave some real Cali winter— 40 degrees aint normal for us, but I was honored that a handful of people chose to come out, take a chance and connect with something a bit scary despite all that. They stepped up, chanted, called in the magic of the Morrigan.. and took a step towards sovereignty. The night was made possible through the grace & hospitality of @fixer who hosted us at his beautiful home, and kept a roaring fire all ritual long.

Last night’s ritual was also the last ritual I’ll be doing that was fully open to the public. Going forward, I’ve chosen to announce ritual details only on the private page @outlawpriestessrituals which will be selectively vetted. This is for two simple reasons: safety & effectiveness. I hold rituals in the homes of friends, and handing their addresses out to the entire internet would be both unsafe & disrespectful. Also, there are many types of pagans & practitioners in LA, let alone the whole religions— I’ve found through years of public ritual experience that combining people totally randomly leads to unfocused, disconnected, and just ineffective ritual because the participants aren’t on the same wave. I’d rather skip that, lead with what I’m about, and let the people that are right for that find it. What I do is not for everyone, and I’m happy to recommend other events that are more generally public-oriented— but those who do align with what I do, you have much more to look forward to. Stay tuned.

I only got one photo of the magic, but @fixer did it once again and produced the best damn BBQ west of Texas last night.

“Blood is thicker than water.” We grew-up together, are cousins, and are thick as thieves. Loved this past week with @fixer here in Colorado. Family is Forever 👊💥
