Some of you need this reminder today. You can pour. You can teach. You can guide. You can offer the help, the tools and the blueprint. But if a person chooses not to drink from the well you handed them, do not die trying to force it.

As leaders or business owners we feel the weight of wanting everyone to win. We want to see our people grow, elevate and walk in purpose. But growth is a choice. Change is a choice. Discipline is a choice. You cannot choose it for them.

Your assignment is to plant the seed, give the water and show the way. Their assignment is to take the step.

Do not drain yourself trying to save someone who refuses to move. Keep leading with love. Keep showing up. Keep building. The right ones will drink and grow.

Whew… we’re in mid-November already. My Pastor Joey Smith teaching about Harvest midweek Bible .......and every year around this time, I stop and ask myself what seeds did I plant this year, and what am I still expecting God to grow?

For me, it’s been a year of building, stretching, and trusting the process.
Between running businesses, mentoring others, and helping clients get their financial houses in order. I’ve learned that progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s you behind the laptop late at night setting up automations.

Sometimes it’s you checking your numbers, fixing what didn’t flow right last quarter.
And sometimes it’s just you showing up again when life tried to knock you off track.

I know it’s tempting to slow down because the holidays are coming…
But hear me this is the moment to tighten up, not tap out.
💚Finish that website.
💚Fix that system.
💚File that paperwork.
💚Send that message.
Because what you finish in November sets the tone for your overflow in 2026.

At this point in the year, I’m not chasing hustle. I’m building peace, structure, and strategy.
And if you’ve been feeling like you’ve fallen behind you haven’t. You’re right on schedule.

Keep building. Keep believing.
There’s still time. 🙌🏿💪🏿🎉🎉🎉🫵🏿

October is a reset button

Not because everything changes overnight, but

because every day you choose again.

Choose clarity. Choose structure. Choose peace.

This month, don’t carry September’s distractions

into your October.

You get to start fresh. Every single day. 🌱

👇🏿👏🏿🙌🏿💎❤️Last night reminded me why I love what I do.

I host tax training twice a week, and yes, it takes sacrifice, late nights, and consistency. But moments like this when someone on my team says, “You are smart and an amazing mentor. I'm so grateful to have you in my corner and to be on this team 🥰”make it all worth it.

I don’t take this lightly. Mentorship is more than teaching tax. It’s about pouring into people, encouraging them, and helping them see the greatness inside themselves. @elizabethhooperco

Yesterday I told a future client that is upgrading her women’s ministry that, ".. every new level going to require a new version of you. You can’t carry old habits into a new season. The upgrade feels heavy right now, but it’s stretching you for where you headed.”

Sometimes it ain’t about having it all figured out. It’s about saying YES to the growth, even when it doesn’t make sense.
