the 3rd single off of ØV7 is out now <3 this upcoming album is a story in two parts: 1. the worst days of my life & 2. the beautiful life that it led to. i hope my story can mirror your own struggles & subsequent triumph. or i hope at least it can give you courage for your future trials and tribulations. your pain doesn’t define you. it is one of the many fires in which you may forge the life you want, both inside of yourself & outside of yourself. don’t let yourself be numb to this. grow a garden with a kiss.

there was a fog in newbury park. it was the day it all went wrong. & when i woke up i was in shock. i still have a knife inside my heart. it’s a bad day, that’s the letterhead. it’s a bad day, it’s one i won’t forget. i’ll fake like it’s a badge of honour, but it’s a bad day to be left for dead.

2014 was a rough year for my mental health. but all these years later i finally feel at peace with telling a part of my story on wax. didn’t plan it but it’s kismet it fell during suicide awareness month. because at the end of the day that’s what this story is about. the rest is just set dressing. hopefully hearing about my trauma can help ease the burden of your own. you’re not alone.
