What & How — It’s all in the slides, baby! Who & Why — My dear friend chef Casper has been making family meals since the early pand3mic days using his own time and money, all while navigating his new own [not-so] “normal” pand3mic life. Milk Crate Kitchen is a one-man operation that has been cooking up fresh meals and feeding up to 4 people family style since May 2020. MCK feeds the community on weekends in the greater Portland metro area via home deliveries. Pre-sign ups will soon be available on MCK’s website.
