POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The @raymondweil Freelancer World-Traveller is a limited tribute to Mr Raymond Weil and the house’s 50 years since it opened in Geneva. The champagne continents sit on a midnight-blue ocean, and his handwritten signature sits on the dial.

We go hands on with the founder’s grandson, the current CEO @elie.bernheim, to see what the watch is like on the wrist.

Two Handwerkunst pieces. Both hand-finished obsessions.

The Rattrapante: enamel moonphase disc with hand-engraved stars, tremblage work on the case back, goddess Luna in relief. Only 20 made to mark 25 years of the Datograph.

The Datograph: tremblage dial achieved through constant movement of an engraving tool. Mirror-black polished chronograph levers. The technique is so fine that the contrast amplifies everything.

This is what German precision looks like when there’s no compromise.
