PAT SMEAR TOOK MY FLAG! 😍

A month today was @foofighters second and (ONE) last (T̶H̶I̶N̶G̶) gig at Anfield

And whilst I didn’t get a Round 2 at Monkey Wrench (that stage DESERVEDLY belonged to Mentos Guy, aka @mbautim, that night!) I got a pretty perfect ending to the whole adventure...

Pat took my flag! 🤯

…if you hadn’t guessed it from the amount of times I screamed it along with “YES PAT!” as my voice slowly evolves into Mickey Mouse’s... 😅

What makes it even more special for me is that, at the listening party, while I was singing Monkey Wrench TO Dave, Pat was watching and absolutely BEAMING at me on stage 😁

(which you can briefly hear me rambling about at the end 😜)

I did acknowledge him that night - “OH SHIT! THERE’S PAT!”- but I never actually got to meet him.

So, in a funny way, this feels like the perfect ending to that whole story. I’d like to think HE MUST remember me from the karaoke... which is why he specifically gestured for me to give him the flag! 🤯

What’s more surreal than the fact that Pat’s walking off stage wearing my face as a cape - is that I like to imagine he’s got my mug casually displayed up in his house… or maybe Studio 606 (🤞)

Shoutout as well to @andiktaylor for the celebratory fist bump at the end 🤜🤛

Hey @foofighters , your fans have a message for you. ❤️

I think this final video perfectly captures what being part of a fan community is all about: traveling miles, doing crazy things for the music you love, creating unforgettable memories, and finding inspiration in the people and moments you share along the way.

But more than anything, it's about gratitude. It's about love. It's about following your passions and embracing the things that make you feel alive.

Music has given these people (and me) friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a reason to wake up every day. None of us takes that for granted. ❤️

P.S. I may have shed a tear or two while editing this one. 🥹

How many times is too many times to see the same band? 👀

I asked these dedicated @foofighters fans how many times they’ve seen the band live… and some of their answers surprised me (or not...)

How many times have you seen the Foos?

Personally, I am at 16 times actually 😁

Every Foo Fighters fan has *that* song.

The one they hope will be played. The one they’ll sing every word to. The one that makes the night unforgettable.

Before @foofighters took the stage at Anfield, I asked fans which song they were waiting for, and the answers went from deep cuts to all-time classics and new material.

What would be your pick? Let me know in the comments!

Taking a little time away from Instagram at the moment, but I still wanted to leave a small piece of how the past month looked like: live music, traveling a lot, unexpected moments, new and familiar faces, laughter, tears and so much joy!

Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me lately, know that the love you are sending my way is very much felt❤️

Here’s a bit of my June.

Before we ever sat down to discuss bringing Kindness Rocks® Live to the stage, both Callum @beyond.the.line.theatre and I were already passionate about supporting Cash for Kids in our own ways:

From 5Ks, abseils and Mission Christmas donations, to skydives (😱) and community fundraising ... kindness and giving back have always been at the heart of what we do.

So when Kindness Rocks® Live was created, we both knew we wanted the show to do more than entertain… we wanted it to make a difference too 🦁🎭

That’s why:
£1 from every ticket sold will go towards @cashforkidslivnw #MissionChristmas 2026 - helping to make Christmas brighter for children living in poverty.

And...50p from every Kindness Rocks® Live bracelet sold @wrist.encore will also support the campaign.

Because kindness can happen in the smallest gestures...

Ticket details in bio:
Epstein Theatre, Liverpool
9 August
