My pre-run carry check! 🔫🏃‍♀️

As I get back into running, my Blackout 2.0 by Comfort Concealment is part of my pre-run routine.

✔️ Check my holster and retention.

✔️ Make sure my setup is concealed.

✔️ Pair it with a favorite hoodie that works with my setup.

And don’t mind my morning look. 😂🙌🏼 This is me taking my health seriously and getting a workout in. It’s not a fashion show! It’s about moving my body, prioritizing my health, and being prepared while doing it.

Because my carry setup needs to fit my active lifestyle, too.

Comment “BLACKOUT” and I’ll send you the link!

📌Save this for your next active carry outfit or share it with a friend who loves to stay active!

GIRL, LISTEN. 👏👑 I'm not waiting around hoping somebody else will protect me or the people I love. MY SAFETY. MY FAMILY. MY RESPONSIBILITY.

I pray for protection, but I also believe God gave me a brain, common sense, and the ability to PREPARE. ✝️ Being prepared isn't living in fear. It's refusing to live helpless. STAY AWARE. Get trained. Know your options. Have a plan. And for goodness' sake, STOP apologizing for wanting to protect yourself!

A WOMAN WHO TAKES PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER SAFETY ISN'T PARANOID. SHE'S PREPARED. 💪

And sweetheart, you can be BOTH feminine and formidable. 🎀

LADIES, ARE WE RAISING GIRLS TO BE FEARFUL OR PREPARED? 👀👇

In honor of #breastcancerawareness month I take you with me to get my mamo screening!

I get asked if I can carry inside of a medical facility?

It’s complicated.

Short answer is yes.

If you see the 30.06 & 30.07 signs properly posted you CAN NOT carry inside with or without a Texas LTC.

They are notifying the unlicensed and licensed holders guns are not wanted in their premises.

If the facility has the gun ban image but not proper signs for license holders then only if you have a Texas LTC you can carry on the premises.

If the 30.06 sign is properly posted they want you to carry where they CAN see the gun.

If the 30.07 sign is properly posted they want you to carry where they CAN’T see the gun.

Follow me while I find more signs at different locations. #woman #selfcare

That tiny little wing is called a concealment wing.
Yeah… I used to overlook it too.

It’s designed to help the holster sit closer to your body, which can help with concealment depending on your setup, clothing, and body type.

Once I learned what that little piece actually does, I was like… WAIT. WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME THIS?! 😂

If you carry, take a minute to learn what the features on your holster actually do. Knowing your gear = carrying with more confidence.

Comment “HOLSTER” I’ll send you the link to my favorite IWB holster.

Save this for your next holster setup + Share it with a woman who carries! 💜

Talk about a gun girl upgrade!

After 10 years of trying different holsters, carry methods, and some pretty unique ways to conceal carry without sacrificing my personal style… I’ve learned that finding the right setup makes all the difference.

One of my favorite upgrades?

The Flashbang Holster.

Built by women, for women, it gives you another option for concealed carry without having to completely change the way you dress.

Because your wardrobe shouldn’t have to revolve around your firearm.

Find the setup that works for your body, your clothing, and your lifestyle—and then train with it.

Ten years of holsters later… and I’m still finding better ways to carry.

Prefer to carry on-body, but your outfit doesn’t allow for traditional waistband carry? Meet the Flashbang Bra Holster. 🔥

The Flashbang is a minimalist Kydex holster that attaches to your bra band and positions your firearm horizontally beneath your bust. It holds the firearm securely and close to your body while allowing for a natural, straight-down draw.

No belt. No waistband. No bulky gear, just another discreet on-body carry option for those outfits that don’t cooperate. While the outfit is important, safety always takes precedence. Sometimes, safety is the fashion statement. 🔥💁🏼‍♀️

You don’t have to trade your identity for your security. But you do have to take the responsibility seriously.

But being an empowered gun owner means matching your confidence with absolute competence:
* Train Consistently: A firearm is only as good as the muscle memory you build.
* Know the Law: You must know the exact boundary lines of your state and federal laws—ignorance is never an excuse.
* Own the Responsibility: Carrying is a profound commitment to protecting life that requires high accountability every single day.
You don’t have to compromise who you are to be your own first responder. You just have to be disciplined, trained, and ready.
Wear the outfit. Paint the nails. Know the law. Hit the range. 💪👑

Drop a 💅🏽or 💓 in the comments if you’re proud to be a woman who takes her safety—and her training—seriously!
