This is your sign to do a fall shoot this season 😍🍂 I’ve always been an admirer of the season, to see the leaves change colour, getting a few weeks to enjoy them before it’s all gone. It’s a symbolic season of change, to know that change is sometimes good.

This year’s Toast to Success Conference was dedicated to recognizing and celebrating professional development within the Tamil Community. The event brought together a diverse group of industry-specific experts, making it a hub of knowledge and learning. The conference started off with an inspiring keynote address by the Honourable Anita Anand, President of the Treasury Board and MP for Oakville. Minister Anand engaged the audience in a thought-provoking discussion on perseverance and practicing consistency. @anitaanandmp In addition to this, the event featured multiple industry-focused panels: Creative Arts, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare and Trades. Our panelists and moderators spoke to their trajectories and shared their insights on career advancement, professional hurdles and success tactics. Lastly, attendees had the opportunity to participate in workshops to encourage development in a variety of fields lead by some amazing community partners. Real Estate - “Money People Deal” @paperplanesgroup @looventures Tech - “Overcoming AI Anxiety” @skillify.ca Public Service - “Using Storytelling for Career Advancement” @tamilsinps Mental Well-being - “Are You Listening?” @zenwithzaam @cajvel This event would not be made possible without our sponsors! @_smilelab @paperplanesgroup @remaxmetropolis @pearl_action @tamilculture @jrlensx @ellisdoncorp @iconnectmortgages Thank you to our talented media team for capturing our conference and attendees. @jrlensx @av.kid_ @flashcandid Lastly, a huge thank you to @av.kid for curating this amazing highlight video! Through Toast To Success, CTPA aims to create a community where professionals of all levels and experiences can come together to connect, learn and inspire. Mental Health Awareness: The Downs (2/2) ⬇️ #MentalHealthMatters #EndTheStigma 💫 Although you may be happy one second, your feelings can change very quickly when you’re reminded of all the negative feelings you have towards yourself, such as feeling fat or broken but coping with it by saying “I’m fine.” 💫 Especially, in a community where there’s so much stigma against being vocal about your mental health, we wanted to bring awareness to the downsides of mental health through these photos & highlight the importance of getting help! 💫 If you’re interested in checking out some resources, please click the link in our bio! Shoutout to @nisany__ for providing us with this link! 🖤 Models: @nilaandniro Photography: @flashcandid Studio: @ivyroom.to Jewellery: @kamala_shoppe Clothing: @spicedelegance Tailor: @nivetailoring Jewellery: @kamala_shoppe MUAH: @enchantedbeauts
