SABR ELIMINATION MILE ⚡

Man, what an experience! Huge s/o to @oebrahimi_ & the @sabrrunning team as well as @ahh.noke & @peddywap & @on for putting such a great event together! Tested out what I had in the tank against some absolute dawgs. You only find out what you have inside when you go against the best!

Super proud of our team's effort! @notor_ious.vi & @kyraxc you guys killed it!

Treated this like a speed workout and came out with some amazing pics! Huge thanks to:

So many emotions leading up to @sabrrunning first ever official race. The planning, preparation and moving parts associated with such event is something ChatGPT couldn’t even comprehend.

The team behind me is the reason why events like this can happen - I’m just the guy with the megaphone and song requests 💅🏻

In all seriousness, I owe so much of who I am and what I do to this run community.

Thank you to those who’ve believed in me when working out of a closet sized room in the back of a gym (now I got four closet-sized rooms on the side of a gym).

Thank you to the OGs of the run space, who embrace the younger generation trying to foster community and create impact.

Thank you to all those who’ve given me a chance to showcase my craft - whether it be at the track, in clinic or when offering some injury prevention workshop.

Appreciation isn’t enough to describe how I feel having met so many amazing people through this shared passion.

Grateful for this ride and excited to see what other crazy ideas becomes the source of @alexlaugh cortisol spike.

SABR ELIMINATION MILE SEASON ONE

Big thank you to this large but still seemingly small community we got in Toronto - none of this would be possible without.

Thank you to our sponsors for elevating this experience @on @maurten_official @annexhotels @rosiesburgers

And for the man responsible for capturing these moments @flashfocused 📸

Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, life is good, thank you 🫶 Now that my batteries are fully recharged, it’s time for a new year of training starting in Montreal with a lot of strong climbers 🎯

Rose Bloc Championship - P6
So happy with this one! I came into this comp with the goal of not feeling too much pressure, and just trying my hardest. I felt like I was able to execute right when I needed to, climb my best, and just enjoy the boulders, and was so excited and surprised to make finals.
The community and good vibes throughout the whole comp made for such a fun experience, and I can’t wait for the next one! 🪩
