When NFL players play games, for most watching, it’s purely for entertainment. The fans want to see a good game and they want their players and teams to perform

But what many don’t see is the countless hours behind the scenes. The sacrifices the players make. The risk they take every time they touch the field. In game and practice. The time away from loved ones. The travel. The wear and tear on their mind and body. The emotional roller coaster of if their job will be there or not the next day. The pressure to perform. And the list goes on

Well, in true @herplaybookaudible fashion, we are making that same analogy and comparison for creating this space. Bringing back this pod while also being single moms and having other jobs and responsibilities, it’s not just a game for us. We are in it to win. Committed to playing full out and that takes a lot of hard work and dedication

People don’t see the hours of research, planning, recording, editing, designing, more editing, organizing content, solving problems you didn’t foresee, staying on top of the algorithm, for multiple platforms, engaging in the comments and the DMs, the investment of time, energy and money without any guarantees that it will work out etc etc

PLUS the mental roller coaster of putting yourself out there for the world to consume, critique, judge and maybe even reject. Managing your expectations and your emotions. Being consistent even when your views and engagement don’t match the vision you see in your mind…

It’s all for the love of the game. For a better future for your family and to rep the name on the back of your jersey proudly knowing that you are leaving legacy and impact 🫡🫡

We want to say to all the NFL families, we see you. Thank you for your sacrifices and hard work

And to all of those who are engaging, subscribing, commenting, Sharing, Saving And watching…THANK YOU! We love and appreciate you so much🫶

🎙️🏈HER PLAYBOOK, the Podcast is back…with an Audible…and a new co-host 🤓👀👀

We’ve studied the game as girlfriends, wives, mothers and women who’ve lived enough life to know the playbook doesn’t always match the field.

Now we’re going back to the tape with you keeping what works, questioning what doesn’t, and recognizing when it’s time to call an audible.

Comment ROSTER and we’ll send you the link to the episode (be sure to follow @herplaybookaudible or the link will go to your spam) or click the link in bio and watch NOW

Rolling cameras on Blind Fate. 🎬

Had an incredible day filming with Billy Joseph Jr. as literary agent Cyrus "Cy" Gellar, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to bring the scene to life than Flash Media Studios.

Huge thanks to Alvin for opening the doors and helping make today's shoot possible. Grateful for the support of people who believe in independent filmmaking.

More behind-the-scenes, cast reveals, and updates coming soon. This is just the beginning.

The topic of discussion is love and relationships

Of all the things we learn in church and school, I think there could be more emphasis on how we love and what we look for when starting a family. Bring your input or just come as a listening ear. Hope to see you there

Your future is being shaped by the standards you tolerate today.

Most people are looking for a shortcut. The truth? There isn’t one.

Work to build, not to impress.

Be willing to be the least successful person in the room because that’s where growth happens.

Marry the person who pushes you to be better. Choose friends who challenge you to grow. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to become more, not less.

Set goals so big they make other people think you’re crazy. Execute faster than everyone else. Stay focused when distractions are everywhere.

The people who win aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who stay committed long after everyone else quits.

This is the real secret to success.

If you’re ready to elevate your mindset, business, relationships, and results, message me for personal and professional coaching.

I’ve tried a lot of things for work.
Different paths, different titles, different versions of what I thought my “job” was supposed to look like.

But every single time, I found my way back to the same thing:
sitting with someone, drawing out what’s already in them,
and helping bring it to life.

Production. Storytelling. Gifts made visible.

I’ve realized my job is my ministry
and my ministry is simply to be present.

Not the same for everyone.
Not one size, one method, one role.
What I bring shifts based on who I’m with,
what they need, what’s ready to emerge.

That’s not inconsistency. That’s discernment.

Because a fully expressed woman doesn’t show up
to be the center she shows up to help others find theirs.

She doesn’t collect people. She connects them.
She doesn’t make herself irreplaceable
she makes the people around her capable.

Her presence raises the room.
Her absence doesn’t collapse it.

This is what the early church looked like in Acts
not a following built around a personality,
but a people built around a purpose.

She builds community. Not dependency. I have planted lots of seeds. Watered and nurtured them and I am really excited to watch the harvest manifest
.
Day 47/49 📍
.
P.s. my main gig is being a mama to my 5 babies and I will forever stand in the drift against all the shame, judgement and misunderstanding around that being the most important job I’ll ever have
.
P.s.s. As a master in the art of living, you will hardly be able to tell if I’m working or playing because to me I’m always doing both

We all come from different lanes, different stories & different journeys but somewhere along the way, love brought us to the same table

We’ve experienced heartbreak, post-marriage, post-fairytale, Co-parenting, dating and everything in between and what we found on the other side wasn’t bitterness it’s that the desire to love and be loved prevails

We are going deep and asking questions many aren’t ready for the answer to, but it’s time to face the facts and get clear on what we want and how we are raising up the next generation for love and marriage.

July 9th 📆 We’re bringing this conversation in person and we’re not holding back.

If you’re in a relationship, feel free to bring your partner, but come warned that it’s going to get real and raw, and we’re encouraging audience participation.

Save the 📆 July 9th and stay tuned for all the details to get your 🎟️
