Not me. I paid for my Ferrari myself — I don’t have the physique to be a gigolo. It would be nice to have a benefactor though. 😉

“How’s it like owning a Ferrari?”

Fellow Ferrari owners, please let me know in the comments whether you agree that waiting for the check engine light to disappear after you start up your car is the longest 20 seconds ever. The system check takes much longer than it should! 🤣

I saw this at XCAL Cars and Coffee this morning. I almost missed it as I was walking past. The McLaren owner has to be trolling us with the license plate and frame. It’s funny because Virginia has a very similar Gadsden license plate but with expensive property taxes. Well done, sir!

What the hell happened? I was returning from Rosslyn and decided to take Wilson Boulevard through Clarendon to avoid the exorbitant toll on I-66 West. I’m not sure if this girl has an autism spectrum disorder (Asperger’s syndrome), Tourette’s syndrome, or is just plain weird. Was I not supposed to wave back and trigger her? I am so confused!

A short clip of my drive back to downtown Stuttgart after visiting the BMW Museum in München. Stretches of the A8 were unrestricted so I drove my Jeep Avenger rental as fast as I felt comfortable. Small engine, winter tires, and not so great aerodynamics and handling didn’t inspire confidence. I also kept looking at my rear and side view mirrors because even though I was going 100+ mph there’s always someone driving faster. And of course I got over as soon as I passed slower traffic.

One item on my bucket list is to ship my Ferrari over someday and take her on a grand tour of Europe and open her up on the Autobahn.

Throwback Thursday: I went car spotting in Ginza with Taka and took a coffee break at the Nissan Crossing, Nissan’s futuristic gallery. They had the latest R35 GT-R and Fairlady Z on display. Cool cars and pretty good coffee. 🙂

Haters will say I didn’t really ship my Ferrari Roma Spider to Japan and that I photoshopped this image. They’d be right.
