I never knew what it would mean for me to live a life of balance. I never really knew balance was actually building relationship with that which pulls one out of balance. That each pole had something different to say and would tide with the waves of life in such a way that would invite my purest eyes like rays of the beaming sun to shine through the waters like polarized shades. Bursting through particles to bless the world with rainbows of grace. Balance is not a race, it’s an art. Balance cannot be rushed, nor can it ever truly be torn apart. Our harmony, our heaven, is awaiting our undivided attention within every moment. Though, what would this human life be, without a little wobbly, a little gaining a baring, because no dopamine hit lands as well as one that’s been encased with long game serotonin and a dash of love form oxytocin. 📍✨

If a woman’s monthly moon cycle is a ceremony in itself || the follicular phase is a time of integration.

I notice this especially so when I am bleeding with the full moon. There’s a sense of wishing I would have slept more during my bleed, but the truth of the matter is that sometimes the sleep comes after the ceremony as part of the integration.

What biological rhythm support do you call in during follicular integration time? Low lights, staring at the patterns of the leaves on the trees, sleep, breathwork, cord cutting meditations, artistic creations…?

You are not a machine ~ you are a living being.
