Spent $200 on Flavor God during their Labor Day sale, waited through back orders, and now they’re sending me seasonings I NEVER ordered or authorized as substitutions. 🤬

I ordered 10 Cinnamon Roll and 2 Bacon Lovers. Instead, I got 10 Original BBQ and 2 Jamaican Jerk. I also have another 10 Cinnamon Roll supposedly on the way, and now I’m questioning what’s actually in that shipment.

Back orders happen, but unauthorized substitutions? Absolutely not.

I expect a refund for the products I didn’t receive as ordered. I paid for specific products, not whatever they decided to send me. Make it right, @flavorgod . 💯

new meal prep containers = new found motivation to actually meal prep 😆

I saw @makayla_thomas_fit post this high protein broccoli cheddar soup the other day and I was like immediately yes 🙂‍↕️ this is her recipe! 🧀🥦

I also prepped fruit and veg bc my main goal is to start eating more fruits and veggies and the main reason I don’t, is because it’s not readily available 🤷🏼‍♀️ I get so busy during the week that if it’s not grab and go, I won’t eat it 🫣 so problem solved! 🍓🫐🫑🥒

You ain’t MAGA unless you eat your own ear wax & boogers while staring straight into the camera to establish dominance over & own the libs.

Sunday reset y'all. If you want to stay consistent in the messy middle, you have to make protein EASY.

One cook, two flavors, protein for the whole week:

I grabbed a 3 LB family pack of ground chicken and split it -
1 lb + 2 lbs = 2 different meals so I don't get bored.

Gold pan: FlavorGod Italian Zest

Black pan: Hot & Spicy Taco + splash of water to make it saucy

Cook almost through, THEN season.

Right into containers and into the fridge.

High protein, no weeknight stress.

I use the Italian one over zucchini, with marinara, or in a bowl.

The taco one is perfect for taco bowls or lettuce wraps.

Which team are you - Italian or taco? 👇

SAVE this for your Sunday prep.

Sharing some of my spreads and seasoning additions to my coffee bar! ☕️✨

Because what’s a coffee bar without a little spread? Now I just need to add a cute little bread holder to display everything. 🍞🤎

At this point, it’s slowly turning into a whole breakfast bar. 🥐☕️✨
