♦️Mental Health Matters♦️ The Hampton-Newport News Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. hosted a mental health workshop as part of our Guide Right program, facilitated by Dr. Marquis Norton. Our young men gained valuable strategies for managing stress, building healthy habits, and prioritizing their mental well-being. Investing in the mental health and development of our future leaders is an investment in our community.

I literally get second-hand embarrassment from being the center of attention sometimes, especially being left in the dark like 8/15/2025 🥹💍 I honestly thought I was just walking into a section at a Latino club 😂 … but instead, it turned into a full graduation celebration, and then the proposal of a lifetime. Surrounded by our village, wrapped in so much love, and pulled off by the man who always finds new ways to outdo himself. He always makes sure I’m celebrated for every accomplishment big or small and this time he left me speechless. Forever thankful, forever us. 🤍 To my proposal party; I love y’all so much. Thank you to everyone who showed up, who played a part, who kept the secret, and who poured love into this moment to make it unforgettable. It means the world to me knowing we have such a strong circle of support behind us.
