I am so excited to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at the Division 2 level at Fort Lewis College next year! I’d like to shout out my coaches, family, and teammates for pushing me to be the best person and runner I can be. 🙏
And a special thanks to Coach Dalton and the athletes at Fort Lewis for helping me find a new home! 🦅💙💛

Meet Kai! We're so excited to have him interning with us this fall. He is an Exercise Physiology major and Cross Country athlete at @fortlewiscollege . Let's ask Kai a few questions to get to know him better!

Favorite mountain in Durango: Engineer ⛰️

Favorite ice cream @creambeanberry : Peanut Butter Fudge 🍦

What makes FLC unique: High elevation and great views 👌

If you were a town 🦌 , where would you hang out? Oxbow at the beach ⛱️

Bonus...he cuts hair 💇‍♂️

Tonight the Skyhawks have their 3rd training/fun event in 3 days with the Hagenville Showdown and Skyhawk XC Team Throwdown. Our open Wonens rave will start at Smith Fields at 7pm with the Men at 730. Open to community! Track is good for all bikes and will be a 30 min effort.
Immediatly following our race we will stick around and cheer on the @flc_xc_track team as they race their intersquad 2miler. Women go at 745 and Men at 805. Super cool seeing how fast they run!
Go Hawks

Shout out to the fort! SkyRox was 🔥🔥🔥! Shout out to Darrian and his team. 8 stations, 8 -½ mile runs. Student athletes with all the cheer vibezz. Goodluck to the upcoming season, Skyhawks! Looking forward to yelling at yaw from the sidelines... and my voice travels more than a remote marketing manager.

Fresh off last weekend's Silverton 50K. In the midst of a final training push into the San Juan Softie 100 in 3 weeks. I'm active yaw. Big surprise right. Been competing and racing and training and podium-ing since 2017. It dont matter what it is, I come out to play baby. When fitness meets chaos- ahhh i am home sweet home. Fun (painful) stuff.
