Stop stressing about who isn’t listening to your music. 👀

The real opportunity is learning how to turn the people who already support you into real fans, real community, and eventually… collectors. 💿💰

In our conversation with @v.ciannii , we get into what it really means for an independent artist to build value around their music, connect with the people paying attention, and stop chasing everybody else.

🎙️ V. Ciannii x Nique The N*Voice
🔥 Full conversation drops TOMORROW — October 1st

Are you focused more on gaining NEW fans… or taking care of the ones you already have? 👇🏾

Who else used to pick up cds back in the day?
I remember going to Newcastle on the bus and buying cds, mostly hip hop, but also lots of old soul and motown stuff to sample to make beats, I used to rip the cds onto the computer and use them to sample and create my own beats.
The bus journey home was always reading the cd booklets to find out more about the songs.
Good times.

Less said about that record deal the better I think 😂
Certainly a learning curve. Not everything is as good as it seems to be sometimes. Starting from scratch, rereleasing songs, momentum killer. You hear alot of artists chasing that record deal and being signed, its definitely not all that you imagine it to be.

Another snippet from the @songlablive interview with @fleeksauce00 talking about the @baronvonalias origins and developing the character as a way to anonymously make music, seperate from myself as a producer, and how it began as just a joke but snowballed into something much bigger.
