We’re serious. 🎀 WEAR PINK!

Monday’s Brigid’s Brigade is in the books, and we’ve added it to the tally. ✅ But we’re not done. Every club the rest of this week is still a RUN 4 CAUSE.

📍 TODAY (Wed): Mom’s Favorite Run Club at Market on Morehead. Meet 6:30, run 7:00
📍 THU: Hide N’ Seekers at South End Hideaway. Meet 6:00, run 6:30
📍 FRI: Seaboard’s F***ing Run Club at Seaboard South End. Meet 6:30, run 7:00
📍 SAT 10/24: Daisy’s Dash for Dogs with Fleet Feet Charlotte. Bring your pup! 🐾

2K or 5K, every pace is welcome. Every runner who shows up = $1 donated. Every NEW runner = $5 donated. Personally by us, to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. 💗

Wear your pink, bring a friend (especially one who’s never run with us), and show up for the cause.

No RSVP needed. Just show up!

Yesterday was one for the books! We teamed up with @fleetfeetcharlotte Myers Park x @hoka for an incredible demo walk, and yall SHOWED UP.🫶🏾⁣
⁣
We took on 3 miles through the beautiful Myers Park neighborhood, tested out two HOKA shoes, and made the most of every mile despite the weather! We then wrapped up the walk with a private in-store shopping experience that allowed our members to get fitted appropriately. ⁣
⁣
A huge thank you to the entire Fleet Feet Charlotte Myers Park team, and HOKA for helping bring this experience to life! And to everyone who came out despite the forecast, THANK YOU! Your energy, support, and commitment to showing up are what make this community so special.🤍⁣

This video will find you when you or a friend NEEDS it.

If you’re an active-duty service member, first responder, or ICU nurse, you NEED to know about @operationwf.

Founded by Jonathan Milkovich, Operation Warrior Fit is working to eliminate financial barriers that prevent our military and first responder communities from participating in fitness competitions and events.

Jonathan even attempted to run 700 MILES across North Carolina to bring awareness to this mission!

Huge shoutout to Jonathan and @operationwf for taking the time to have this conversation with me and for turning a passion for fitness into a mission that serves others.

Check out OperationWarriorFit.org to learn more about how you can get involved!

🇺🇸 OPERATION 22 RETURNS: 100 CONVERSATIONS BEFORE 2027.

Veterans.
Service members.
Creators.
Healthcare workers.
People with stories that deserve to be heard.

My goal is simple: Have 100 meaningful conversations that challenge the stigma surrounding mental health, amplify stories of hope, and remind people that their lives matter.

And every 20 conversations, the mission escalates.

This is only the beginning.

We’re also raising money for @stopsoldiersuicide, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and service members facing mental health challenges.

If you’d like to support the fundraiser, click the link in my bio.

HERE’S MY CHALLENGE TO YOU:

This week, do ONE intentional act of kindness for a veteran, service member, first responder, or someone who may be struggling silently.

A conversation could change someone’s day.

A connection could change someone’s life.

And you never know whose life your kindness might save.

Tag @doctor.mike and @shawnryanshow in the comments to help get this mission in front of people who can amplify it!

NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE.

MAKE EACH HEARTBEAT COUNT.
