Saturday miles hit different when you share them.

Thank you to everyone who came out this morning and put in the work together.

Every pace and every goal was represented, and that’s exactly what Long Run Saturdays are about.

Tomorrow morning, we run long.

Fall marathon season is here and preparation for winter starts now. Saturday is where the weekly work turns into real miles, and there’s no better way to log them than alongside people chasing the same kind of goal.

Training for a half? A full? Looking for good company on a weekend run? There’s a spot for you.

Long Run Saturdays kick off at 6 AM from Fleet Feet Mockingbird. Every pace is welcome. We’ll have water and hydration ready plus restroom access before takeoff.

Lay out your gear tonight and set that alarm.

Follow along with everything we have going on each week by joining us on Strava through the link in our bio.

📍 5400 E Mockingbird Ln #114, Dallas, TX 75206

See you tomorrow. 🏃

Music. Miles. A community moving with purpose. 🏃🏽‍♂️🎶

Honored to bring the music to the @justice.run shakeout and be part of a night that brought people together for a cause that matters.

Every person deserves safety, dignity, and freedom. Bringing awareness to human trafficking means keeping the conversation going—and turning that awareness into action through education, prevention, and support for survivors.

Big love to @fleetfeetdfw for welcoming the community, @joysuperfruits for keeping everyone refreshed, and @agapesocialgroup for showing up with love and a heart for people. 🙏🏽💛

Thank you to everyone who ran, connected, and supported the mission. Let’s carry that purpose beyond the finish line.

It’s 4 weeks left until Hyrox Dallas!!!

It’s time to give these @puma shoes I got from Fleet Feet a try and see how they feel. The workout called for a threshold run with a finisher of 120 wall balls…which my brain inverted and I did 150 with a 6kg wall ball 😩🙌🏽

The shoes felt great for the run & for the finisher. Can’t wait to put them to the test against the sleds. 💪🏽

Every week, runners across our training programs are putting in the work.

Some are building toward their first 5K. Others are chasing a half or getting ready for 26.2. Wednesday mornings at Germany Park are one piece of that and this group showed up ready to get after it.

Fall race season is here and preparation for winter starts now. Every rep stacks up. Keep showing up for yourself and for the people training next to you.

We’re out here every Wednesday at 6 AM. Come a few minutes early to warm up so you’re ready when the first rep starts.

📍 6401 Lomo Alto Dr, Dallas, TX 75205

See you on the track. ⏱️
