Day 6 🦃🏃‍♀️ Today’s wins: ✨ We finished our family mile strong! ✨ J had a bit of an attitude today, but with some encouragement she pushed through and finished. That’s a win in my book. 🤍 ✨ Everyone else had a great run! Some days are easy, some days take a little more patience, and encouragement. Both are part of the journey. Next week we’re changing up our route to keep things fun, and the girls are officially requesting running playlists. 😂🎶 I’d say they’re starting to catch the running bug! Make sure you’re following to see our journey! #FamilyRun #5KTraining #RunningWithKids #BeginnerRunner #familygoals

Day 4 🦃🏃‍♀️ Today’s wins:
✨ Another family mile in the books!
✨ We kept working on our breathing to help avoid those pesky cramps.
✨ Everyone showed up in such great spirits, and honestly… that made all the difference. 🤍 This challenge is all about building healthy habits, spending intentional time together, and proving that little by little adds up. One run at a time. One day at a time. One memory at a time. 🎵 Today’s audio: during a cramp this was a perfect motivation! Make sure you’re following along to see our journey to the Thanksgiving morning 5K! #FamilyRun #5KTraining #RunningWithKids #BeginnerRunner

Day 3 🦃🏃‍♀️ Today’s wins: ✨ Worked through a few breathing cramps with the girls and finished strong 🫁 ✨ Dad absolutely crushed his full run. 💪 ✨ The stroller has remained empty 👏👏👏 Can we normalize sharing the beginning—not just the polished end result? It’s easy to post once you’re fast, strong, or you’ve reached your goal. But I want to remember what the starting line looked like too. This may not seem like a big deal to everyone, but it’s something I’m incredibly proud of. Every run is making our little family stronger, one mile at a time. 🤍 👟 We definitely need to go running shoe shopping this weekend! Drop your favorite running shoe brands (or specific styles) in the comments because we have no idea where to start. 🎵 Today’s audio: the girls LOVE this song 😂 Make sure you’re following to see our journey! #FamilyRun #5KTraining #RunningWithKids #BeginnerRunner #familygoals

If @netflix made a documentary about what happens BTS at Fleet Feet Nashville… We pulled our GM, our Training Manager and our Assistant Inventory Coordinator out of their regular jobs and put them in front of the camera at our warehouse. While we take your shoes, gear, training and community events very seriously, we cannot say the same about taking ourselves seriously. 🤪
