Big back! We growing !!! Some PRs have been had. Hit 8 35 plates on the tbar and I believe I got 12-15 reps and I also was able to control the full stack on cable pull down @flemflex thank you for keeping me safe and helping me push the boundaries of my sets! Feeling great and performing very well in all motions. Acclimating faster than last year to high loads and I believe I’ll see a solid 500lb squat for high volume within two months. Everytime I pick it up 405 feels lighter and lighter. The goal is 500x10 on barbell squats 8 45 plates on rows and 500lb bench single. Time to grow this flat back and see what I’m made of! #pullday #growth #coach #bodybuilding #lifestyle

What an absolute blast it was working on Flemming
He was struggling with rotation in quarter turns and side chest.. we were able to slowly open him up and made some improvements not only visually but in the comfort of the pose. Can't wait for the next one to see what we can do!#bodybuilding #posingmobility

Posing with these dudes really puts into perspective of the different levels there are to this. There’s always a bigger fish 😅. Standing next to a pro gets me fired up though. Back to work.
