And one more long song from **Flesh Planet**! 🤘🎶 I think this might be the last one I have from my camera… not including all the phone videos, of course 😂📱

I clearly couldn’t stop recording them! From the first note, I knew I wanted to capture as much of their set as possible. 🔥🎸🥁

And now I’ve found even more videos of **Flesh Planet**, and I’m so happy! 🔥🎶 From the very first note, I knew I wanted to record their full set. 🤘🎸

They immediately caught my attention, and I just had to keep filming. So here are more moments from a seriously talented and memorable performance! 🖤🥁🎸

Next up: another song from **Fleshplanet**, this time from a different angle—with more of the bass and drums coming through. 🎸🥁🔥

I didn’t want to cut this one down just to fit the 3-minute limit, so I know it may reach fewer people organically. If you enjoy it and want more people to discover this incredibly talented band, please share it. ❤️

**Fleshplanet are seriously talented and absolutely deserve to be heard. Highly recommended!** 🤘🔥

A Void’s Camille curated a Sonic Summer Saucisson of pure chaotic genius. A celebration of the end of the summer gig season but also very much about continuing both new and old friendships made among the way.

Plutoz Beach, MilkMaiden , A Void and headliners Flesh Planet provided this summer’s musically abundant harvest.

Four very different acts that somehow really worked together.
My highlights included MilkMaiden’s acoustic tribute to Dolly Parton and their dark, punchy ‘The Death of All Men’ - and Flesh Planet’s heavy set guitars with electronic highlights and a lead whose vocal range ran from a soft haziness to guttural roars. I’ll be looking out for 2027 Saucisson.

Getting serious with Flesh Planet. 🖤

What I love about nights like this is that just when you start thinking metal is over, dead and buried… something like this comes along and reminds you that it absolutely isn’t.

Heavy, dark, inspiring and somehow deeply depressing at the same time. 😂🖤

This is the kind of thing that makes me want to go home, pick up the camera, the guitar, or whatever is lying around and create something.

Flesh Planet — keep making things weird.

The surprise of the evening for me was definitely Flesh Planet. 🖤

A band that’s really difficult to categorise — and honestly, probably shouldn’t be. Lots of processing, silent cymbals with microphones, strange textures and sounds that somehow make perfect sense together.

At one point, for reasons I can’t quite explain, some of the vocals suddenly reminded me of Babylon Zoo. 😅 And there were a few vocal melodies that vaguely took me towards Deftones — which is probably also a completely wrong comparison.

But that’s the thing with great bands: you can find references, but eventually they have something that is entirely their own.

This is just how it sounded to *me* in the moment. Go check them out and make up your own mind. 🎥

Part 2 🖤🍖
Still way too many photos from Sonic Summer Saucisson, so here’s another little selection.
More chaos, riffs, sweat and summer-night energy. Videos coming soon… 🎥
