A bit late — but here it is!🔥🔥🔥 These moments are from our introductory week for the first-year students, joined by peers from higher semesters. We were lucky to have Gesine Grundmann leading the course this time. Together, we explored plastic sculpting — observing and modeling hand and arm parts, studying how they move and relate to the human body. Later, we also discussed presentation in space and the impact of objects in different settings. As a group, we had so much fun, laughed a lot, and learned even more. 💫

✨1st Recap of the START Up ✨ 🔥 Raku vibes at the Start-Up weekend! We had such an amazing time – Raku was definitely one of the highlights. So many alumni joined us, which made the day even more special. ✨ And: during the Raku firing we also fired the ceramic pieces that the first-year students had created in their introduction week – a perfect kick-off! 💥 Overall, an unforgettable day full of fire, clay & community. 🖤 #RakuFiring #CeramicsCommunity #IKKG #StartupWeekend #ClayAndFire #CeramicsArt #CeramicsOfInstagram #GlazeLove #ContemporaryCeramics #ClayMagic #CeramicJourney #FireAndClay #StudentLife #AlumniVibes #ArtSchoolLife #CeramicHighlights #HandsOnCeramics #claycommunity
